CEO's Arrival
Arriving in the USA in 2008, Stephen Ngang worked numerous small jobs, a cashier to a photo center tech and then a CNA with other health institutions. He did this while going to college and practicing numerous hobbies like photography, web design, graphic design and music production.
Freelancing
Thriving on his natural ability to learn quickly and excel at the same time, Stephen honed his skills in hobbies he practiced and soon started offering these as services. The first logo for Nice Guys was an arm holding up a flame embedded on a star of david. His first opportunity to shoot a wedding cam during this time and he took it and never looked back.
Official Registration & First Office
After the passing of his father in 2018, Stephen was even more determined in seeing that his endeavors bore fruit. He added more skills to his repertoire, self-teaching on most of the services Nice Guys offers today. In April of 2019, Skyline Academy came on as his first school client. This opportunity provided the financial stability to take on his hobbies full time. He left his job as CNA and in August officially registered Nice Guys Corporation in the State of Minnesota.
First Employee
Nice Guys officially had its first employee in December of 2012 and added a few more after that. A couple months after that, due to the lack of diverse talent, Nice Guys started offering free training in services it provided. Those that successfully completed our training were in turn hired by us. This helped us to at one time have up to 20 employees. Through partnerships with other non-profit organizations we have trained and place minority youth in tech positions, such as Scrum, Data analysis and Social Media Management.
Expansion & Growth
Since incorporation, Nice Guys Corporation has continued to grow by serving its clients through innovative ways using industry-leading technology. As a result of our passion and dedication to great quality, we have expanded and evolved into a go-to provider of print, marketing, consulting, education and for most businesses in the twin cities and beyond. Today we server clients in Minnesota and Texas with more states to come.
